Data we collect
Contact details, institution name, delivery address and order history, together with technical data such as IP address and browser type where analytics cookies are accepted.
Why we use it
To process and dispatch orders, issue certificates of analysis, respond to enquiries, meet record-keeping obligations, and improve the site.
Lawful basis
Performance of a contract for order processing, legal obligation for record keeping, and consent for optional analytics and email updates.
Retention and sharing
Order records are retained for six years for accounting purposes. Data is shared only with couriers, payment processors and professional advisers, and is never sold.
Your rights
