Dispatch, packaging and delivery of orders from the UK.
Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a business day are normally dispatched the same day from our UK facility.
Packaging
All orders are cold-packed, tamper-evident and batch-labelled, with the certificate of analysis supplied for each batch in the shipment. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded.
Rates
Free UK tracked shipping on orders over £150. Below that threshold a flat rate of £6 applies. International shipping is quoted per order and is subject to destination import rules.
On receipt
Inspect the shipment on arrival and transfer lyophilised material to −20°C storage, protected from light.
