Terms of Sale
These terms govern the sale of catalogued research materials by UK Peptide Lab to business, institutional and research customers.
1. Eligibility
Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over who are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or business. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Permitted use
All materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, food, cosmetics or supplements, and must not be administered to humans or animals.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling per vial and exclude VAT unless stated. Volume discounts apply per product line as published on the Bulk Pricing page. Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared.
4. Availability
Stock figures are indicative. Where a batch sells out before dispatch we will offer an alternative batch or a full refund.
5. Liability
The customer is responsible for handling, storage, risk assessment and disposal in accordance with applicable law and their own institutional procedures. We accept no liability for use outside the permitted purpose.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
