Returns
Our returns position for temperature-sensitive research materials.
Unopened, undamaged goods
Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, returns are accepted only where the vial seal is intact, the cold chain is documented, and the return is raised within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report any damage, shortfall or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and vials. We will replace the item or refund it in full.
Analytical discrepancy
If your own analysis materially disagrees with the batch certificate, contact us with your method and results. We will re-test the retained sample and refund or replace where the discrepancy is confirmed.
